1.  Make sure that your skin is clean and free of any lotions, oils, or makeup. 
2.  Dress for your appointment in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Tight clothes can rub and irritate the waxed area 
3. PRO TIP;  Take Pain Relievers 30mins before your appointment
4.  A few days before your wax, exfoliate the area. You can use an exfoliating mitt, granulated scrub, or exfoliating sponge. Allow the hair follicles to soften by waiting for a few minutes after you get in the shower 

 On average I recommend getting waxed every 4 weeks. This is usually the right amount of time to have the hair at the right length and will also allow the skin to be less sensitive to treatments. PRO TIP: If you are on your cycle, you will be more sensitive to a week before & after.

Yes, there is! Exfoliating 2x a week. moisturizing, consistently waxing every 4 weeks, and taking 2 pain killers before your appointment.
